In 2005, a young political staffer was left without an audiovisual company twelve hours before a critical event. Nearly 200 miles away, a hungry theatrical producer answered an unknown call at midnight. Eight-hours later they met, pulled off a highly successful event and founded an unlikely friendship from which a company grew.

When we founded Intuitive Visual Communications in 2010, companies offering audiovisual equipment rentals were a dime a dozen. What wasn’t common was an audiovisual company that believed that their product was not just equipment rentals, but an overall event experience.

We assembled a team of multi-talented audiovisual specialists, sound and lighting engineers, photographers and camera operators, event coordinators and designers and began merging traditional event practicality with audiovisual innovation in a way no other company was doing.

We became more than an equipment rental house; we became partners with our clients, fully investing in a collaborative vision and executing with laser-sharp precision.

INTUITIVE IMPACTS

At Intuitive we pride ourselves on providing a custom audiovisual experience that exceeds our customer’s needs. That’s our job. But we also we also want to be more than that. We want to make a difference in our community.

Last year, we rolled out Intuitive Impacts, an employee incentive program that guarantees a full day’s pay per quarter to any employee that volunteers a portion of his or her day to impact someone’s life.

We are also committed to educating our employees and developing skillsets they can take beyond our company. We do teambuilding events at audiovisual expos and pay for training in the latest live-event technology and equipment use.

We always keep the most up-to-date equipment in our inventory. This allows us to provide our clients with the most on-trend items and lets us donate our “outdated,” still full-functioning - sometimes brand-new - equipment to worthy organizations.
